Scavenger hunts are a fun way to get to know the Chicago specialty coffee scene. Grab a friend and join in on our first-ever scavenger hunt.
Divided into pairs, teams will tackle a list of coffee-themed clues and rack up points. While it may be useful to know details of coffee shops in Chicago, you will not be able to win with only your coffee shop knowledge. Creativity, a sense of excitement, and suave mobile search engine skills will get you to the top.
Prizes will be awarded for the first three places & for best coffee-themed costumes.

BRING:
- Your ticket, IDs of both team members, and a fantastic sense of adventure
- One mug- this is your “team mug” and must be included in all your photos
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Smartphone or digital camera. All photos must be stored in a single phone or camera
THE NITTY GRITTY:
Registration is required through Eventbrite at least 48 hours ahead of the event. Check in before 1 pm (we suggest at least 15 minutes beforehand). Both team members must be present at check-in. Clues will be distributed at 1 pm. All photos must include both team members and the team mug. In order to qualify for prizes, the team must meet the minimum points and be at the meetup location by 4 pm. In the event of a point tie, a raffle will be held to determine the winning team.
