What if it rains/snows?
Adventures happen rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast for the day and dress appropriately.
What is your refund policy?
Once you’ve purchased your ticket or gift certificate, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for any item.

What is your age limit?
Tours and crawls are limited to adults (18 or older). Other activities, such as scavenger hunts, may have children if there is an accompanying adult. Please be advised that many of our activities involve the consumption of caffeine in some form or other. Plan accordingly if you are bringing along a child.
Coffee Crawl FAQs
How much distance do you cover?
It depends on the crawl. Walking tours will be approximately 20 minutes maximum of walking at one time. Crawls that involve public transportation will still have about 15 minutes of overall walking time.
How long are the crawls?
They will take 3 hours. We end in areas that have great food options for lunch.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, your ticket (printed or paperless), your ID, and appropriate clothing for the weather that day.
How can I prepare for the crawl?
Eat beforehand. We assure you that it will be far more enjoyable to taste the coffee and experience the tour when there is solid food in your stomach.
How much coffee do you actually drink?
Because the tastings are sample-sized, you will never drink a full cup of coffee at one time on the tour. At a maximum total (over many samples), you will drink the equivalent of a 16 oz cup of coffee.
How many shops are in a crawl?
Each coffee crawl has three shops.
Where do we meet?
We will be meeting at the first crawl location. We do not begin and end at the same coffee shop. Your ticket will give you more info about nearby public transit. The areas that we start and end in are safe for biking, walking, and parking.
Can't I just visit the shops myself? Why would I want to pay you?
Yes, you can absolutely visit the shops yourselves and we encourage this! We take you to professionals who are knowledgeable about their craft and give you the opportunity to discuss coffee with them. The experience and the flights can not be purchased in the shops.
